We make ordering very simple for you. Our
order page is straight forward and easy to fill out. Be sure to take note
of the item number and bead description as you browse through our products. We
do not take payment on-line so there are no worries or internet insecurities.
Once we receive your order you will be contacted for method of payment. Or even
better! Order by phone we would love to know each of you to serve you better.

How long will it take to receive my parcel?
Your pendant is specially hand made when you order therefore delivery times
may vary. Retail orders can arrive from two days to three weeks depending on how busy we are. Wholesale orders will depend on quantity.
An estimated time of arrive will be given apon ordering.
Orders within canada should arrive within 2 weeks. Orders to
the United States will be 2-3 weeks. Deliveries outside North America may take
up to a month depending on the location. If a delay is expected you will be contacted.
Some delays may occur around the holidays.

How much is shipping and handling?
Retail shipping and handling for British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan is $6.00.
Retail shipping and handling for eastern Canada is $8.00. All packages are insured.
Wholesale shipping and handling will vary depending on weight, volume and distance. Price will be discussed with client apon purchase.

Method of payment
1. We will accept Master Card and Visa. Your card will be billed
under the name "Lady Dragon Glassworks". For your security, both card
companies require verification of card number, expiration date and billing address.
Some restrictions may apply.
2. Prepaid Orders. Certified funds in the form of money order
or bank cashiers checks are recommended.
3. Business checks are accepted. We're sorry but we not not accept personal checks.
