Colour Accuracy
Although we have tried to ensure that the colours of the samples on our site
are accurate, the actual colours of the glass will vary. This is due to the fact
that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and
that everyone sees these colours differently. For these reasons, we cannot guarantee
that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product. Because
our products are all custom made be sure that any colour variations between the
samples and the actual product will be acceptable to you.

Shipping & Risks During Shipping
Lady Dragon Glassworks liability to you for non-delivery of
the products by the common carrier to you will be limited by the limits of liability
provided by the common carrier's terms and conditions of carriage. You may wish
to direct Lady Dragon Glassworks to purchase insurance from loss or breakage during
carriage for full insurable value of the products you have ordered by making the
appropriate requests when placing your order with Lady Dragon Glassworks. If product arrived damaged due to improper packaging it will can be returned for replacement or full refund.

Return Policy
Do not discard your receipt. All returns must be accompanied by
your receipt. Returns will be credited or refunded in the same method payment
as they were purchased. To return an item pack the item in a protective packing
material.

We must first authorize returns
Please do not return any item without contacting us first. We
will allow our customers 2weeks to inspect their purchase. This gives you enough
time to get feed back on your wonderful new purchase. If after this time you decide
that it is not what you expected please contact us to arrange your return. If
the product arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible.

Payment
1. We will accept Master Card and Visa. Your card will be billed
under the name "Lady Dragon Glassworks". For your security, both card
companies require verification of card number, expiration date and billing address.
Some restrictions may apply.
2. Prepaid Orders. Certified funds in the form of money order
or bank cashiers checks are recommended.
3. Business checks are accepted. We're sorry but we not not accept personal checks.
